WATCH: Which Celeb Did Michael Lomonaco Lock In A Wine Cellar At His Restaurant?

Porter House New York executive chef and chef/director of Windows On the World on 9/11 Michael Lomonaco guest hosted The Chew today in place of Mario Batali on for an episode entitled “Restaurant Secrets.” In one segment, Carla Hall couldn’t help but ask him and Michael Symon, as restaurant chefs, what their biggest diner pet peeves were. As you can imagine, Michael S. got quite worked up over the way patrons specify steak doneness, while Michael L. tried very hard to protect the identity of a certain celeb he was forced to lock in the wine cellar of his resto for 45 minutes one time as a result of over-imbibing. Of course, he spills the name eventually, but you’ll have to watch the clip to find out who it was!
