Well, really only one risotto sadist: Tom Colicchio. Since Michael effed up his arancini at Lea Michele’s Halloween party (and since Top Chef harbors a debilitating risotto curse), Tom Colicchio gave last night’s Last Chance Kitchen competitors nothing but a big bowl of it to serve up for their challenge.
