Today in Tom Colicchio Teaches Lessons To Up-And-Coming Chefs By Being A Smug Jerk (aka Last Chance Kitchen), he swapped Justin’s NOLA hometown advantage with reigning LCK champ Louis’s Northern California roots, and gave each competitor a cloche full of ingredients indigenous to the other’s home. At least this week didn’t involve light bondage.
