Watch ‘Black Lives Matter’ Protestors Take Action Inside, Outside, 21 Club

Screen Shot 2015-06-29 at 8.53.57 PMNot just because it’s easier to get inside than Polo Bar, a group of Black Lives Matter activists called the Never 21 Club disguised themselves as 21 Club servers last Friday afternoon, dishing out a lesson in social justice by handing restaurant patrons a menu listed with the names of black youths killed by police before turning 21. The historic former speakeasy has no connection to the violence, just the unfortunate coincidence of a name that appealed to the group that held their first action at a Forever 21 store.

From the video below, shot at the 21 Club, you can see the protestors never made it past the restaurant’s front lounge, and at least one of the patrons was in on the stunt as the video cuts to the angle of a diner holding the menu.

This does not bode well for Century 21.
