Today is a very special Food Porn Friday, which isn’t a real thing here, but it should be, and it could be, if more food personalities like Andrew Zimmern did more Instagramming of of their meals at restaurants like Chris Cosentino’s Incanto.

The Offal King has already been declared “the best chef in history” by the one-off reality cooking competition Time Machine Chefs, but he has more serious titles on the line as the favorite to win Top Chef: Masters this season (he’s already advanced to the final three).

Natch, this man’s resto is THE PLACE Andrew Zimmern is dying to chow down at, and he benevolently shared his experience with the Twitter-verse. Side note: of course the host of Bizarre Foods and Chris Cosentino are besties. They’re almost a more perfect couple than Bravo Bromance for the Ages Blaisiani.
