Peter Doocy Screams as Bird Lands on His Head During Live Hit From White House: ‘Probably So Dirty’
There was some foul play in Washington Friday morning as a bird landed on Peter Doocy’s head during a live shot on Fox News, prompting the network’s White House correspondent to scream and duck for cover.
The shocking moment came as Doocy was asked by Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt about a new Truth Social post by President Donald Trump.
“A bird just landed on my head!” Doocy shouted as the winged creature swooped down on him.
“That is probably so dirty,” Doocy added as he and the Fox hosts erupted in laughter.
Doocy then addressed Trump directly to deal with the bird problem on the White House grounds: “President Trump, if you are watching upstairs, we got to do something about these birds. Where is the park service? They are always out here in the street and blowing except when the birds are landing on my head.”

AINSLEY EARHARDT: Peter, one more question. What about the water in Lawrence [Jones]’s state in Texas. They are saying that that belongs to the U.S. Where is the water? What bodies of water are they talking about?
PETER DOOCY: That is a great question, Ainsley. I am learning about this on Truth Social like a lot of people this morning. I don’t want to say the wrong water but it’s 1.3 million acres.
EARHARDT: We already have the Gulf of America.
BRIAN KILMEADE: Peter, I appreciate —
DOOCY: [screams] A bird landed on my head!
KILMEADE: What is going on?
DOOCY: I did not like that at all.
KILMEADE: The back of your head, you, your hair is standing up now.
LAWRENCE JONES: Got to do the hair now. What is going on?
DOOCY: That is probably so dirty. [laughter]
DOOCY: President Trump, if you are watching upstairs, we got to do something about these birds. Where is the park service? They are always out here in the street and blowing except when the birds are landing on my head.
EARHARDT: Sorry about that.
KILMEADE: I hope it didn’t have the flu.
DOOCY: Yeah, great. Can we get some shampoo guy down here?
