‘We’re Done Here!’ NewsNation Anchor Dumps Guest Defending Calling Trump Chief Stephen Miller ‘Nazi Jew’

NewsNation host Leland Vittert declared “We’re done here!” when guest Amanda Litman defended Trump senior aide Stephen Miller being called a “Nazi Jew,” saying “If the title fits…”

It was podcast host Jennifer Welch who made the original remark on her “I’ve Had It” podcast, saying “And then you have these real sociopaths that are real antisemites, true White supremacists like Steven Miller. And even though he’s Jewish, he’s like a Nazi Jew.”

But on Friday night’s edition of NewsNation’s On Balance with Leland Vittert, it was Litman who defended the remark to the hilt:

LELAND VITTERT: I know you’re not offended by what Mamdami said. We can agree to disagree about that, but calling someone a Nazi Jew, I just don’t understand how that has any place in America’s political discourse.

AMANDA LITMAN: I mean, if the title fits…

He’s leading a mass…

LELAND VITTERT: Are you kidding me? Really?!

AMANDA LITMAN: I would say Stephen Miller has been one of the worst perpetrators of the kidnapping that ICE is doing across the country, of the way in which he is, if not functioning literally as a Nazi, spiritually as a Nazi. It is a–

LELAND VITTERT: It’s just so offensive! I don’t understand how people can compare Nazis, who perpetrated the Holocaust, to anyone.

I mean, I remember when I was in high school and you didn’t say that because of what we all knew the Nazis did. And now it’s just thrown around.

You don’t think you’re cheapening the memory of 8 million people? Who were put into gas chambers?

AMANDA LITMAN: I think the leaders of the young Republicans were throwing around accusations proudly.

LELAND VITTERT: No, I’m asking you. You made the comment, no, Amanda. No, I’m asking you. You made the comment.

No, Amanda, you don’t get to do that on this program. You made a comment about Nazis and about Stephen Miller. I asked you a direct question. Don’t pivot to Republicans.

AMANDA LITMAN: Uh, again, if the title fits. It seems like they’re leading an effort—
