‘You’re Full of Sh*t’: JD Vance Rages At Democrats’ Rough Questioning of RFK Jr.

Vice President J.D. Vance came to the defense of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Thursday as the Health and Human Services secretary underwent a beating before the Senate Finance Committee over his recent changes at the CDC.

Democratic senators like Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Michael Bennett (D-CO), and independent Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) raged at Kennedy’s answers on vaccines, even accusing him of lying.

Vance wrote on X, “When I see all these senators trying to lecture and ‘gotcha’ Bobby Kennedy today all I can think is: You all support off-label, untested, and irreversible hormonal ‘therapies’ for children, mutilating our kids and enriching big pharma. You’re full of shit and everyone knows it.”

On Wednesday, more than 1,000 HHS employees anonymously called for RFK Jr.’s resignation in an open letter. They cited Kennedy’s firing of Senate-confirmed CDC director Dr. Susan Monarez, causing the resignations of prominent CDC doctors, and “appointing political ideologues who pose as scientific experts and manipulate data to fit predetermined conclusions” on vaccine effectiveness.

The letter continued, “Should he decline to resign, we call upon the President and U.S. Congress to appoint a new Secretary of Health and Human Services, one whose qualifications and experience ensure that health policy is informed by independent and unbiased peer-reviewed science. We expect those in leadership to act when the health of Americans is at stake.”

As of early Thursday afternoon, President Donald Trump had not posted to Truth Social about the hearings, but he has never wavered in his support of Kennedy in past statements.

Last week, White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller made the extraordinary move of praising Kennedy on the White House lawn, calling him “a crown jewel of this administration.” Miller continued, he’s “working tirelessly to improve public health for all Americans, and … to deal with the drivers of the chronic health crisis in this country.”
