‘Good Grief!’ Megyn Kelly Hits Trump for Fuming Over Epstein Question in Cabinet Meeting

Megyn Kelly on Tuesday criticized President Donald Trump’s administration for its handling of questions about Jeffrey Epstein.

On Sunday night, the Justice Department — per reporting from Axios — essentially closed the book on the Epstein saga when it concluded that he died by suicide while incarcerated. Additionally, the department determined that there was never a list of supposed clients of Epstein’s sex trafficking operation.

The conclusion was at odds with previous statement by members of Trump’s cabinet — named Attorney General Pam Bondi. When White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about those inconsistencies Monday, she suggested that Bondi misspoke when she claimed she was in possession of the rumored “Epstein list.”

Epstein was brought up again during Trump’s cabinet meeting on Tuesday. The president immediately went after the reporter who asked about him.

Kelly wasn’t impressed by their efforts.

“Good grief!” Kelly said on her show. “That was no bueno, guys! That was no bueno, OK? President Trump had the same problem there that Karoline Leavitt had yesterday. The dodge should not be obvious. It should be subtle. It should be deftly worked into a more substantive answer. It shouldn’t be, ‘Hold on, I want to answer that before you answer that, my underling. Why are you interested in Jeffrey Epstein? That old story? That is not a thing. We should not talk about that creep. That is unbelievable that you want to waste the time. Do you want to answer that?'”

Kelly was equally perplexed by Bondi’s comments in the cabinet meeting — arguing that the attorney general was trying to deflect.

“What is she saying?!” Kelly said, adding, “She’s nervous. And the truth is not her friend, for whatever reason.”
