Joe Rogan Roasts Trump for Failing to Defend Election ‘Fraud’ Claims During Marathon Interview
Joe Rogan roasted President Donald Trump for failing to back up his election fraud claims with actual evidence during their marathon interview.
Libertarian comedian Dave Smith joined The Joe Rogan Experience this week where he railed against Trump and his administration on a number of topics, including the war between Russia and Ukraine and even his 2020 presidential election fraud claims.
Smith was a supporter of Trump, but he’s grown highly critical in recent months over Ukraine, the release of documents related to child sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, and more. While ranting on Russia during his discussion with Rogan, Smith blasted Trump for continuing to push fraud claims about the 2020 election while not backing them up.
“You’re the president now you, but all of us on some level don’t really think they’re going to start arresting people over the stolen election of 2020,” Smith said.
“I don’t think they have any evidence,” Rogan added.
The podcaster and comedian argued there’s more “speculation” backing up Trump’s claims that fraudulent ballots were used to help former President Joe Biden to win. Rogan did acknowledge there is smaller evidence of “shenanigans,” but admitted Trump did not have an “answer” when pressed for proof of the kind of widespread fraud he’s repeatedly insisted is real.
“He didn’t have an answer,” Rogan said, referring to his hours-long interview with Trump during the 2024 presidential election.
“It was one of the most interesting parts of your your podcast with him was when you asked him about that. It was like he really didn’t have anything to back it up,” Smith told Rogan.
During their chat, Rogan pressed Trump on how he feels he was “robbed” in 2020, asking multiple times for specific evidence or examples of the fraud he claims happened. Trump blasted mail-in voting, but he did not present evidence even after teasing Rogan that he could show him “papers” that he would “not believe.”
“If that was you or if that was me, I mean, if there was a some reason why I knew that they did something and I could give you all the facts, I would have that ready for anybody because for four fucking years,” Rogan told Smith. “They’ve been telling him he’s crazy for questioning the election. So after four years, I’d have a f**king tight 10 minutes on the election where I could just rattle off at you and rock your world with it. Like, these are the facts, Jack.”
