Stephen Miller’s Wife Says Mayonnaise Is the Only Condiment He’ll Eat, ‘Period’

Katie Miller, the wife of longtime Trump adviser Stephen Miller, launched her own podcast recently and revealed details about her husband’s limited condiment palate during an interview with Vice President JD Vance, describing him as “only a mayonnaise guy.”

In the first full episode of The Katie Miller Podcast, Miller and Vance discussed several personal and family-related topics during their nearly 45-minute chat. Near the end of the podcast, Miller asked him several questions about food preferences.

According to Miller, the only condiment her husband will eat is mayonnaise, describing him as “only a mayonnaise guy.”

A transcript of their conversation (relevant section begins around the 38 minute mark):

MILLER: Is a hot dog a sandwich?

VANCE: No. Abso — is that a question?

MILLER: Yeah, it’s a question.

VANCE: Definitely not.

MILLER: Does pineapple belong on a pizza?

VANCE: Of course not. No.

MILLER: If you could only eat one condiment for the rest of your life, what would it be?

VANCE: One condiment? Does barbecue sauce count?

MILLER: Yeah.

VANCE: Okay, barbecue sauce.

MILLER: Not mayonnaise?

VANCE: No. No, mayonnaise is like in low doses is good, but it’s kind of like — I had a buddy who used to eat French fries with mayonnaise. I thought that was disgusting.

MILLER: It’s the only thing my husband eats.

VANCE: With French fries or like, period?

MILLER: Period.

VANCE: Okay. Wow. I didn’t realize —

MILLER: He’s only a mayonnaise guy.

VANCE: Okay. I learned something about Stephen I didn’t know.

MILLER: Yeah, it’s — whatever.
