Colin Powell Sings ‘Call Me Maybe’ On CBS This Morning

Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe” took the Top 40 charts by storm, and on Wednesday’s CBS This Morning, former Secretary of State Colin Powell showed off his pop culture savvy. Powell and co-host Gayle King burst into song, with Charlie Rose sitting back as a spectator.

Of course, we can’t say he exactly carried the tune — but A for effort! Powell’s been making the media rounds promoting his new book, so, needless to say, his other appearances have been more, er, serious.
