Fox News Host Says Biden Name Should Now Be ‘Synonymous’ With Infamous Mob Names ‘Like Gambino’

Fox News host Emily Compagno argued on Outnumbered Thursday that the family name of President Joe Biden should be thought of no differently than those of infamous mob families.

The panel was discussing House Republicans’ subpoenas of Biden’s son Hunter Biden and brother James Biden regarding the president’s involvement in their business dealings when Compagno made the comparison.

“You know, yesterday, ten members of the Gambino family were arrested for an additional corruption. At what point will the Biden name be synonymous with a name like Gambino?” she asked before asserting that it “sure should be.”

The Gambino crime family is one of the infamous “Five Families” of New York City that have long been responsible for a large proportion of the organized criminal activity — including murder — in America’s largest city.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said on Wednesday that his committee had “followed the money and built a record of evidence revealing how Joe Biden knew, was involved, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes.”

“Unlike the many lies President Biden told the American people about his family’s business schemes, bank records don’t lie. These records reveal how the Bidens sold Joe Biden around to the world to benefit the Biden family, including Joe Biden himself, to the detriment of U.S. interests,” he continued.

Abbe Lowell, a lawyer for Hunter Biden, called the subpoena “another political stunt aimed at distracting from the glaring failure of Rep. Comer and his MAGA allies to prove a single one of their wild and now discredited conspiracies about the Biden family,” but also said that the president’s son was “eager to have the opportunity, in a public forum and at the right time, to discuss these matters with the Committee.”

Similarly, James Biden’s lawyer said there was “no justification” for the subpoena.
