Glenn Beck ‘Absolutely Loves’ This Matthew McConaughey Guy Now

Glenn Beck joined the chorus of conservative praise for Matthew McConaughey Monday morning when he played the actor’s Oscar acceptance speech in its near-entirety, with extra focus on that moment when he thanked God. “I absolutely love this guy,” Beck declared.

First, Beck and his co-hosts paused McConaughey’s speech to assess the Hollywood reaction to the mention of God. “What agency is he with?” Beck asked, mocking the Oscar attendees. “Who is this God person?” He then mocked them for failing to applaud with the proper level of intensity.

“Where has he been hiding?” Beck wondered, before realizing the answer: “Texas.”
