‘I Wont Ever Do It Again,’ Vows Kevin O’Leary After CNN Guest Complains About Him Touching Her

Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary vowed never to touch CNN guest Angela Rye again on Wednesday after she complained about him invading her “personal space.”

During an argument on CNN NewsNight about Elon Musk’s donations to members of Congress who support the impeachment of judges opposed to President Donald Trump’s policies, O’Leary began to speak over Rye while apparently touching her off-camera.

“You don’t have to touch me,” protested Rye, to which O’Leary responded, “I did that nicely.”

Rye shot back, “I don’t want you to touch me. That’s my personal space.”

“I wont ever do it again,” the Shark Tank star promised.

“Thank you,” replied Rye, before carrying on with her argument. “He literally says, he says thank you for the members who introduce articles of impeachment. That is an exchange of value. That is a violation of law.”

O’Leary, the self-proclaimed “Mr. Wonderful,” disagreed that Musk’s behavior was a violation of the law, arguing, “The oldest profession on earth is not prostitution, it’s politicians raising money. That has happened from the beginning of time. That’s going on forever and will continue forever.”

He concluded, “This issue around judges, this is pure politics. Get over it! This is what we live in today, every day. No laws have been broken. You don’t like it? Too bad.”
