‘I’m Pissed Off!’ Joe Walsh Rails Against James Comey For ‘Messing With Our Elections’

Former one-term Republican Congressman and current conservative talk radio host Joe Walsh popped up on MSNBC this morning to talk about a couple of tweets he sent over the past few days.

Speaking with host Craig Melvin, the Trump-supporting Walsh was asked about his surprising take on FBI director James Comey’s letter to Congress regarding additional investigation into emails surrounding Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Look, I think Comey should have said prosecute her back in July.

But what he just did 11 days b4 the election is wrong & unfair to Hillary.

Per Walsh, even though he’s “no fan of Hillary’s,” he dislikes any outside force attempting to influence an election, especially days out.

“I’m pissed off when anybody tries to influence our elections,” Walsh said. “Whether it’s Russia, whether it’s WikiLeaks, or whether it’s James Comey.”

He also added that Comey better have a “damn good reason” to do this eleven days before Election Day.

Expressing that he is still firmly against Hillary, Walsh stated that what Comey is doing isn’t right, even if it makes some on Donald Trump’s side happy.

“He blew it going back to July,” Walsh explained. “But look, I know a lot of people on my side are happy because it’s Hillary’s ox that’s being gored but this should bother all of us because what James Comey did is messing with our elections and that’s not right.”

Later on in the conversation, Melvin and Walsh tussled over another tweet of Walsh’s in which the ex-Congressman said that he’d be grabbing his musket if Trump lost.
