Amateur YouTube videos made by people filming their TV set during news events have become a bit of an annoyance, seeing as they provide a blurry, shaky view of something that could potentially be interesting. (And why bother when we here at Mediaite can just use TVEyes, so ha!)
But one such amateur video is actually worth the time… and it will blow your mind.
A man filmed a local TV news report on what seems like a regular ol’ LAPD car chase through Inglewood, California. He likely thought this could make for some YouTube clicks with people searching “car chase” while bored at work. However, the man soon got more than he bargained for, quickly taking a front seat to the action he was just viewing on TV.
