Nancy Grace on Missing Son’s Dad: ‘Does Not Look Like a Guilty Man to Me’
On Headline News’ Morning Express Thursday morning, anchor Nancy Grace discussed the bizarre segment of her show last night in which a missing boy’s father was informed on air that his son had been found in his own basement. Grace, who’s never been known to side with the accused, said the father’s off-camera reaction following the show suggested he was not involved in his son’s disappearance.
“I know the father had an inconclusive poly[graph], and the mother refused a poly,” Grace said. “Now, does that necessarily mean they’re implicated? No. Because they say they felt like suspects at the beginning. Their story is riddled with inconsistencies.”
“But!” Grace added. “When I saw him after the show last night, he was crying and hugging reporters, saying he wants to see his son. That does not look like a guilty man to me…That made me believe the father was telling the truth.”
