O’Reilly: Trump Won Florida Because People See Him as More ‘Authoritarian’

billBill O’Reilly popped into Fox News’ live election night coverage tonight to say that he thinks Donald Trump won Florida because people see him as “authoritarian.”

He told Bret Baier, “The reason I think Trump won in Florida is because he comes across as more authoritarian. Not authoritative, authoritarian.”

O’Reilly thinks the reason Rubio failed was because he couldn’t overcome the perception that “you need somebody from the outside to “punish the Republican establishment” and the Clintons.

“In this angry age,” O’Reilly said, “voters want a punishment along with a victory,” and that’s what Trump delivers.
