Dan Pfeiffer: Dems Want a Camera on Trump ’24/7′

Former Senior Obama adviser Dan Pfeiffer told a CNN State of the Union panel Sunday morning that as far as Democrats were concerned, celebrity plutocrat Donald Trump could keep talking and talking.

“We should put a camera on him 24/7,” Pfeiffer said. “This is great for Democrats.”

Pfeiffer also wondered how the GOP could act so surprised at Trump’s statements, given that he was just playing to a nativist base riled up by that selfsame party.

“Republicans have nursed this and used it to their benefit to win congressional elections in 2010 and 2014,” Pfeiffer continued, “and now it’s coming home to roost. It’s sort of like Dr. Frankenstein waking up and wondering, where did that monster come from? This is something that they’ve created themselves.”
