Rihanna Performs ‘Where Have You Been?’ On The American Idol Finale

Arguably the biggest singer in America, Rihanna, popped by American Idol tonight to send off the two finalists, Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips, into the real world of the music industry, performing her hit single “Where Have You Been?” Rihanna, who has a reputation for excessively loud, elaborate, and colorful performances, didn’t disappoint on the lighting and backup dancers front.

In a dazzling display of tribal drums and a Gary Numan-inspired neon pyramid, Rihanna came out with a bevy of background dancers and sang her hit single “Where Have You Been?”
