The release of Justin Bieber’s mugshot once again reminds us just how fascinating these little pieces of celebrity photography can be. Does the person under arrest have the presence of mind to flash their signature smile, as Bieber evidently did, or are they so far off the deep end that they lose all sense of vanity and simply succumb to their new reality?
