Triumph the Insult Comic Dog continued on his quest to offend every soccer fan in the worldwith his coverage of the World Cup parties — this time, taking his schtick to Manhattan.

It starts off with this insult in Little Italy (“I understand that all the Italian waiters here, out of respect for the game, are groping the women with their feet”), and ends with Triumph in a Japanese restaurant, realizing that the Japan v. Ivory Coast game “represents the largest penis differential in the history of pro sports.”
