Trumpworld Source Tells CNN Trump ‘Rattled’ By Biden Taunting Him As Loser Who Only Biden Has Beaten
A Trumpworld source told CNN that former President Donald Trump is “rattled” by President Joe Biden’s relentless taunts — particularly calling Trump a “loser” who has only been beaten by Biden.
President Biden has been escalating his attacks on Trump for months at off-camera campaign events, but only began holding campaign speeches on-camera starting a few weeks ago.
Those attacks have leaned heavily on Trump’s echoing of Nazi rhetoric and casting his election denialism and incitement of the January 6 attack as a threat to democracy.
But according to a new exclusive report by CNN’s Edward-Isaac Dovere and Alayna Treene, there’s one attack that really gets to Trump — Biden’s taunts about beating Trump. According to one Trumpworld source, that “rattles him”:
Biden greeted Trump’s Iowa caucuses victory with a smirking video in which he said, “You know it’s kind of funny: all these Republican candidates in the primary trying to beat Donald Trump, and I’m still the only person to beat Donald Trump.”
Biden has been hoping Trump is paying attention. And, people close to Trump tell CNN, he is.
“I do think he’s trying to get under his skin, and I think it’s the smartest thing the Biden campaign has done yet,” a person close to Trump said. “It rattles him and takes him off message.”
Mediaite has been tracking Biden’s increasing aggression toward Trump as he tried out material for donors at private fundraisers ahead of his blistering speech commemorating the Jan. 6 anniversary — which was moved to Jan. 5 due to weather.
But it was at a speech a few days later — cited in CNN’s report as well — that the “loser” attack was put to the test in front of a friendly audience at Mother Emanuel AME Church who ate it up:
Time and again they lost in every court of law that challenged the results, 60 losses in courts of America!
There’s one thing they don’t have. They don’t have respect for the 81 million people who voted the other way, voted for my candidacy! And voted to end the presidency–

The Trump campaign dismissed the strategy and the taunts in a statement to CNN, but if the Trump insider is to be believed, Biden’s taunts are having an effect on the audience of one.
