An MSNBC Reporter Was Escorted Off GOP Convention Floor During Live Report
Some reporters were abruptly escorted off the floor of the Republican National Convention in the wake of the delegate chaos earlier.
According to Politico, NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell was abruptly “Hassled” (in her words) and pushed off the floor in the middle of filing a report. She tried to handle it quickly and showed her press badge, but she was taken aside nonetheless.
Watch that clip here, via MSNBC:
And she wasn’t the only one:
Fox inquired with a senior RNC official about why press including my crew were removed from the convention flr and received no explanation.

We were complying with her. We just wanted to walk out and do journalism at the same time. https://t.co/rN74INdwEt https://t.co/HVcVgae61f
