Former CIA director John Brennan just joined Twitter and he’s already making waves throughout social media.
Ever since the the United States recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, its relationship with the U.N. has been combative at best. With the U.N. approving the resolution to condemn this decision, questions have been brought up of how the U.S. should continue to fund the organization.
On Thursday, Brennan threw his opinion into the ring over the United States funding the U.N. and immediately called out President Donald Trump for expecting “blind loyalty”:
Trump Admin threat to retaliate against nations that exercise sovereign right in UN to oppose US position on Jerusalem is beyond outrageous. Shows @realDonaldTrump expects blind loyalty and subservience from everyone—qualities usually found in narcissistic, vengeful autocrats.

Israel still plans to move forward with its decision to move to capitol from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
