Hannity Opens Up to People Mag About How He Rolls in the Kitchen

You know Sean Hannity as one of the most influential conservative pundits and television hosts in the country? But People magazine spoke to Hannity about another one of his passions: cooking.

Yes, it turns out that the Fox News host is quite the chef, and as he puts it, he’s the “breakfast guy” at home every day. And he has begun to pass the torch (or spatula, as it were) to his kids so they can cook for themselves.

Hannity explained he worked as a short-order cook when he was only 13 years old, and said, “One Thanksgiving the cook quit, turkeys still in the oven. The owner of the restaurant threw me an apron and said, ‘You’re in!'”

Hannity’s cooking skills proved useful earlier this year when he lost a Super Bowl bet and grilled steaks for everyone on The Five.
