Mediaite Originals: Sunday Show Roundup on Facebook Live

Screen Shot 2016-04-25 at 7.58.37 AMIt was a busy week on the Sunday shows for Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, who is facing a tough uphill climb after losing New York this past week. Looking ahead to the five states holding their primaries tomorrow, Sanders finds himself down in all five — and appeared on four of this weekend’s shows to talk about his campaign plan moving forward.

The new Trump camp bigwig Paul Manafort sat down with Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday, while Ohio Governor John Kasich spoke with Face the Nation‘s John Dickerson to discuss his own path leading to the Cleveland convention. The two touched on the 1964 Goldwater movement, a particularly interesting reminder in conservative political history that Kasich may look to discuss more in an effort to prevent a Trump win.

And finally, Charles Koch gave a rare interview with ABC’s John Karl that aired Sunday, essentially declaring that he and his money may sit out of the 2016 cycle altogether. He also didn’t rule out an endorsement for Hillary Clinton of all people, and aligns with Bernie Sanders on more than you’d think.

We touched on all this and more during yesterday’s Sunday Show Roundup, which we broadcast exclusively on Facebook Live at 6 p.m. ET. Follow along with Mediaite on Facebook for more broadcasts, interviews, and original content.
