Remember When Sarah Sanders Said ‘When You’re Attacking FBI Agents… You’re Losing’?
Yeah, that totally happened.
To the delight of anyone who enjoys a good ironic moment, former Rep. John Dingell reminded everyone that now-White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders shot back at the Clinton campaign for their behavior towards the FBI while under investigation.
Never forget. https://t.co/X22kLVpoac

When you're attacking FBI agents because you're under criminal investigation, you're losing https://t.co/SIoAxatCjp

Oh, how the tables have turned, especially today after the release of the widely-panned Nunes memo.
Many thought the memo, which was OK’ed by the White House for declassification, was a partisan smear; even the FBI itself had “grave concerns” about the memo’s release. Many Trump administration officials have departed and many others have lawyered up. So perhaps we could classify this as, oh, I don’t know, attacking FBI agents because you’re under criminal investigation.
Sanders’ tweet, of course, has gotten a bit of attention today:

Even James Comey isn’t amused:
That’s it? Dishonest and misleading memo wrecked the House intel committee, destroyed trust with Intelligence Community, damaged relationship with FISA court, and inexcusably exposed classified investigation of an American citizen. For what? DOJ & FBI must keep doing their jobs.
