FBI Puts Out Statement on The Memo: ‘We Have Grave Concerns’ About Its Accuracy

The FBI has actually issued a public statement saying they have “grave concerns” about the memo that Republicans want released.

The Republicans on the House Intel Committee voted to release it, but there have been multiple reports that the DOJ and FBI have been privately pushing back and warning about the potential release.

And now we have this statement directly from the FBI:

With regard to the House Intelligence Committee’s memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it. As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy.

Last night a congressman asked President Trump to release the memo and Trump said, “100%.”
