Rep. Grimm Apologizes to NY1 Reporter; The Two Will Grab Lunch

Representative Michael Grimm (R-NY) apologized to NY1 Washington reporter Mike Scotto for accosting him following a post-State of the Union interview late last night and threatening to throw him off the rotunda balcony.

Scotto accepted Grimm’s apology, and the two plan to grab lunch:

Scotto had deflated the incident somewhat on Morning Joe Wednesday morning, telling Mika Brzezinski he had no interest in pursuing further action against Scotto.
