Eight times in the history of the NCAA Tournament has a fifteen seed beaten a two seed. If it happens a ninth time on Friday night in Indianapolis, a lot of students could potentially be chowing down on some free streak.

According to a report by Kentucky Sports Radio, prominent Louisville restaurateur Jeff Ruby pledged to buy every Northern Kentucky University undergrad a full steak dinner if Northern Kentucky pulls off the stunner and defeats the Kentucky Wildcats in their first round NCAA Tournament match-up.

Though it would be a stunning result, Ruby appears to have some cold feet. The restaurateur tweeted that he was limiting to offer to students who follow him on Twitter because he faced exposure in excess of $1 million.

Still, there appears to be no disclaimer that the offer is limited to current followers, giving Northern Kentucky students the next three days to follow him and potentially cash in.

Of course, this is all talk until Northern Kentucky actually gets what would be a truly shocking win. The Wildcats are 19.5 point favorites.
