HLN’s S.E. Cupp will hold a special event on her show next month where she will do a broad range interview with former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer. The conversation is likely to focus on the current nature of political discourse in America, and the two of them jokingly promoted the interview on Twitter today:

Mediaite reached out to Cupp for comment, and we received this response:

Sean and I are friends. He saw Unfiltered one night and liked what we were doing. I suggested we try something similar together — a fun, smart lively look at the week in news. He was game.

Spicer has made several media appearances in the last few weeks in order to promote his upcoming book about his experience within the White House. This memoir is also likely to contain his complete thoughts about the political media’s flaws and their turbulent relationship with the Trump Administration.
