Shep Smith Rips WH Claim on Media’s Terror Coverage: ‘What They’re Saying Is Not True. Again.’

Fox’s Shep Smith went off on President Trump and the White House this afternoon for claiming that a lot of terrorist attacks have gone underreported by the media.

Smith walked through a number of the attacks the White House put on its list, explained in detail how he himself, and Fox News in general, devoted tons of coverage to many of those attacks, and was rather unsparing in his response to the administration:

The president’s assertion is false. The White House knows that it was false or could have known that it was false with a quick Google check, but either did not do so or decided not to tell the truth.

And when he brought on Wall Street Journal associate editor John Bussey, Smith started out by observing, “What they’re saying is not true. Again. Why bother?”
