Stormy Daniels’ Lawyer Posts Cryptic Tweet Before 60 Minutes Interview: ‘Tonight is Not the End – It’s the Beginning’

The long-awaited and highly-publicized interview featuring President Donald Trump’s alleged porn star mistress Stephanie Clifford, known as Stormy Daniels, is set to air on CBS’ 60 Minutes on Sunday night. The segment could have the potential to upend the president’s base, as right-wing Evangelicals flee from supporting a man who allegedly cheated on First Lady Melania Trump just months after the birth of their son.

Or, it could all be outlandish hype and a media blitz that leads to absolutely nothing, based off a tweet the porn star’s lawyer posted the morning of the climactic event.

“Not all of our evidence will be mentioned/displayed tonight – that would be foolish,” Michael Avenatti, the New York attorney working with Stormy Daniels, wrote on Sunday. “We are not sure what CBS will include but we know a lot from the full interview will have to be cut bc of the time allowed.”

The tweet seemed to temper expectations about what to expect tonight, in case anyone is expecting bombshell after bombshell about the alleged affair.

He also recently posted a photo of a disc to Twitter, writing “If ‘a picture is worth a thousand words,’ how many words is this worth?” That led many to believe there was photo or video documentation of the president’s rumored affair, which millions would soon see with their own eyes on 60 Minutes.

Now, it’s anyone’s guess what Americans might be in for Sunday night.

“Tonight is not the end – it’s the beginning,” the lawyer added.

Break out the popcorn — it’s about to get stormy.
