Twitter Explodes Over Hope Hicks’ Resignation: ‘HOPE & CHANGE’

White House Communications Director Hope Hicks announced Wednesday that she would be resigning. Hicks testified before the House intelligence committee on Tuesday and has recently come under fire in special counsel Robert Mueller‘s ongoing investigation.
