Watch a Reporter Dive Out of the Way As a Car Cruises Toward the Camera
San Francisco’s KTVU is very lucky to still have a reporter and camera operator working for them. This morning, while out on an assignment, the two were almost struck by an out-of-control vehicle that came barreling toward them after being involved in a collision behind the reporter.
Watch this bonkers footage of Alex Savidge jumping out of the way as the car comes roaring in. He was in the middle of discussing a train derailment, according to a Cleveland Fox affiliate’s website, and was actually saying, “Obviously, it was a chaotic and confusing situation…”

Although the incident was scary, Savidge was okay. The photographer, Chip Vaughan, was not in the shot but was also unharmed. Luckily, Vaughan yelled for his colleague to get out of the way, saving him from being struck.
Said Savidge, “I would like to thank Chip… thank you buddy.”
