WATCH: Rob Gronkowski ‘Jams’ with Paul McCartney at Fenway Park

As those who attended his infamous party cruise can attest, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski‘s moves extend far beyond the gridiron. Last night, he again put those moves on display, joining Paul McCartney onstage at Fenway Park to show off some killer air guitar.

During a rendition of “Helter Skelter,” the Pats’ superstar jammed out with the Beatles legend and Grateful Dead rocker Bob Weir, to the delight of a capacity crowd at Fenway.

Gronkowski’s herky-jerky moves very much fit the frenetic number. His air guitar was all over the place, featuring some stray elbow action which evoked thoughts of the chicken dance.

To close out the song, Gronk actually took the mic, screaming “HELTER SKELTER!” loud enough to be heard atop the Green Monster.

With Tom Brady likely to serve a four-game suspension to open this season after dropping his Deflategate appeal, the Pats will undoubtedly lean on their other stars like Gronkowski to help fill the void. If his early-season play is anything like his disjointed “Helter Skelter” performance, the team might be in for a tough start.
