White Male Teacher Sues School, Claiming Racial/Gender Discrimination

A white male teacher in the Bronx has filed a lawsuit against his school claiming that he was discriminated against because he’s a white man at a mainly-minority school.

According to The New York Post, Paugh William Shadow claims the administration at MS 391 did not back him up when he had to discipline students, and he was falsely accused of corporal punishment and using strong language against students.

Specifically, he was allegedly charged with marching a group of students up and down stairs for minutes at a time, though he says the charges were dismissed.

The lawsuit says Shadow was “humiliated” in front of other teachers and specifically says he was discriminated against “due to his gender and race.”
