Howard Dean Reprises His Infamous ‘Dean Scream’ Moment at the DNC

Howard Dean gave a rousing speech at the Democratic National Convention and ended by invoking that infamous “scream” moment of his during the 2004 election.

Yeah, you remember that moment…

Well, Dean had some fun as he ended that speech, building up a very similar moment that everyone recognized right away.

There was just one teensy tiny part missing: the actual scream.
