Jury Finds Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Guilty in Boston Marathon Bombing Trial

 


After deliberating for just over 11 hours, the jury in the Boston Marathon bombing trial reached its verdict on Wednesday, April 8, close to two years after the attacks left three people dead and far more wounded. They found defendant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev guilty on all 30 counts, 17 of which carry a potential death penalty sentence, including charges of conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction.
