During his speech today in Orlando, FL, Donald Trump attacked Democrats while calling them “evil” over they handled themselves through the Brett Kavanaugh–Christine Blasey Ford political saga.
Trump already went after his political foes once before today, saying the sexual misconduct accusations against Kavanaugh were a “hoax” and a fabrication to stop the latter’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. As the president spoke before the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Convention, he went on at length about how it was “very, very unfair” with everything that happened with Kavanaugh and congressional Democrats over recent weeks.
“False charges, false accusations, horrible statements that were totally untrue that he knew nothing about. Frankly terms that he probably never heard in his life. He was this he was that. he never even heard of these terms…It was a disgraceful situation brought about by people that are evil. And he toughed it out.”
