For a segment of her Fox News show dubbed “Street Justice,” Jeanine Pirro took to the streets – and the woods – of Chappaqua, New York, to look for Hillary Clinton.
Why? To antagonize her, probably, and certainly to antagonize the Chappaqua locals.
Pirro accosted Chappaqua chefs, laundry owners, nail technicians, booksellers, and even one bunny rabbit in search of Hillary – and husband Bill Clinton, if she could find him.
“Does Hillary Clinton drop off her pantsuits here for dry cleaning?!” Pirro shouted into a cleaners at the beginning of the segment. “Hey! Does Hillary drop off pantsuits? Do you take pantsuits?”
Game to advertise their businesses, people spoke to her about the things the Clintons like from their shops.
“They mostly like fish and vegetables,” one restaurant worker said.
“Other than fish, do you think Hillary eats crow now that she lost the election?” Pirro quipped with a wink at the camera.
“President Clinton reads pretty much everything,” a bookseller at Chappaqua’s Scattered Books told Pirro. “He reads a lot of fiction, a lot of thrillers, and he also really stays up on the nonfiction that’s brand new.”
When asked whether they see Hillary as much, the bookseller said that she’s a less frequent visitor, but that she calls and emails often.
“Do you delete her emails?” Pirro asked.
The last place she searched for Clinton was the woods, where she squawked into the serene stillness for the former secretary of state. Clinton has been known to take walks there, which apparently delighted Pirro.
