WATCH: Trump Signs Executive Order on Health Care LIVE STREAM

President Donald Trump will be signing an executive order “to promote health care choice and competition” at the White House on Thursday morning.

The order comes after the GOP controlled Congress failed repeatedly to pass legislation to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, which Republican lawmakers have railed against since it was passed under President Obama.

Trump previewed the order on Tuesday, tweeting that he “will be using the power of the pen” to dismantle Obamacare:

Since Congress can’t get its act together on HealthCare, I will be using the power of the pen to give great HealthCare to many people – FAST
