Mass Shooting In Prague Leaves At Least 14 Dead, Including Gunman

Czech police say that at least fourteen people have been confirmed killed and dozens injured in a mass shooting at the Charles University campus in Prague.
Police swiftly responded to incident at 15:40 local time, soon after confirming that the gunman was “eliminated” and that the university building is currently being evacuated. Amidst this turmoil, the area surrounding the university, particularly Jan Palach Square in the Old Town, a popular tourist location, has been cordoned off.
Eyewitness accounts and media from the scene uploaded to social media relay the chaos as the incident unfolded.
Adding to the surreal and terrifying nature of the event, unconfirmed images circulating show people desperately clinging to the outside walls of the university building, several storeys above the ground. Two other unconfirmed photos appear to show the shooter on the roof of the building.
Prime Minister Petr Fiala has announced the cancellation of his upcoming engagements.
