Attorney General Eric Holder is scheduled to hold a joint press conference with Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius on Medicare fraud beginning at 1:30pm ET today, Tuesday, May 14th. Holder is expected to respond to reporters’ questions about the Justice Department’s decision to seize phone records from the Associated Press.
