C-SPAN: Online Feed Briefly Interrupted by RT, Likely ‘Internal Routing Issue’
C-SPAN has issued a statement saying that their online feed was “briefly interrupted” by Russia Today and they’re looking into it.
The interruption apparently occurred around 2:30 pm EST, as Congresswoman Maxine Waters spoke on the House floor today, flagged in this video:

(This issue did not impact C-SPAN 1’s television broadcast.)
After that video spread around Twitter, there was some question as to what actually happened here. C-SPAN ended up issuing a statement confirming there was an error of some kind and they’re looking into it:
