Hulk Hogan Apologizes for Racist Rant: ‘There Is No Excuse’

Hulk Hogan has an apologetic statement out today after the WWE severed all ties to him upon the discovery of audio of Hogan going on a racist rant.

There have been reports this morning about how Hogan was caught on tape using the n-word multiple times in a rant about his daughter dating a black man.

Last night, Hogan sent out this cryptic tweet:

Today, he released a statement to People Magazine saying, “Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it.”

The HUlkster makes it clear that he believes people “should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise.”
