Kathy Griffin in Nasty Spat With CNN’s Cillizza Over Sam Bee: ‘Shut the F*ck Up You Hack’
The latest to get in on #FecklessGate are CNN’s Chris Cillizza and comedian Kathy Griffin.
It all started when Griffin defended Samantha Bee for calling Ivanka Trump a “feckless cunt” on her show last night, citing the First Amendment:

Cillizza “but actually”-ed Griffin, arguing that even if Bee has a right to make that comment, it doesn’t mean she ought to:
This isn’t about whether Samantha Bee CAN say it.
It’s about whether she SHOULD say it.

Griffin escalated things quickly, as she is wont to do — calling Cillizza a hack and telling him to “shut the fuck up”:
Shut the fuck up you hack. When the White House Press Secretary, on behalf of the President, says “Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast..” we’re heading into first amendment territory.

In response, Cillizza hit Griffin with a little holier-than-thou action:

Though Griffin didn’t directly respond again to Cillizza, she subtweeted him quite a bit with replies to others and retweets:

Griffin was also disappointed that Bee ended up apologizing for her words:
