Shooting Reported At College Campus In Texas
According to reports, multiple shots have been fired on Lone Star College’s campus in Houston, Texas. A campus spokesperson confirmed the shots to KTRK.
Emergency responders are said to be near the campus library. Reports of injuries are unconfirmed:
There are unconfirmed reports of three people injured. Medical crews could be seen tending to at least three victims outside the building. Their conditions are not known, nor the nature of their injuries. At least one person is being taken by ground ambulance to Ben Taub Hospital.
The campus is being evacuated and nearby schools are reportedly on lockdown. No information is yet available about the shooter, but “officers are searching a wooded area to the north side of campus, apparently looking for a suspect.”

UPDATE: Two people suffered gunshot wounds, according to KTRK. Law enforcement, including ATF agents, were called to respond.
UPDATE II: Lone Star College tweeted that three people were shot and the situation is “under control.”
